Shipping and delivery

Nothing is shipped. Unlock Deep Work is a service delivered entirely online. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

How the service is delivered

Text check-ins by WhatsApp, Telegram or email, depending on what you choose.
Calls (planning, check-in, de-freeze, co-work and think-it-through calls, depending on your plan) by Google Meet or WhatsApp.

When it starts

After your payment, we confirm your plan by email within one working day, and your check-ins start on the next weekday. Your weekly calls are scheduled with you in our call hours: weekdays, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm US Eastern (7 to 11 pm India).

Proof of purchase

You receive a payment receipt by email from Razorpay, our payment provider, and a confirmation of your plan from us.

If we fall short

If we miss check-ins or calls your plan includes, tell us at hello@unlockdeep.work and we'll make it up or refund that month. See our refund policy.
